Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a guest-focused team member to support the Outlet Manager and restaurant servers in delivering outstanding service. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area, reset tables, stock stations, and assist with beverage and bread service to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Working in a fast-paced resort setting, you will handle table settings, assist with service duties, and participate in regular station upkeep.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push loads up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager and Servers in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide guests stellar service during dining experiences.
• Clear tables, reset service ware, and stock stations for service periods.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area and ensure proper cleaning.
• Attend regularly and be available to work the schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
