HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Stewarding/Dishwashing associate to assist the Stewarding Supervisor and restaurant outlets in cleaning and organizing Food & Beverage areas. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy loads, and a commitment to guest experience through clean and well-kept service ware.

Responsibilities include washing, polishing silverware, keeping kettles and pans clean, and supporting kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.

Competenze

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to complement guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry items up to 200 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Mansioni

• Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in cleaning and organizing the Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of dishwashing areas and storage spaces.
• Operate and maintain dish machines, ensuring proper water levels and sanitation.
• Polish and detarnish silverware as needed to meet appearance standards.
• Support cooks by keeping kettles and pots clean and ready for use.
• Be available to work regularly and comply with attendance policies.
