Job summary

EAST Miami is hiring a Lobby Host to welcome guests and assist with luggage, directions, and light duties for the Guest Experience team. You’ll help guests settle in and ensure a smooth arrival, acting as the friendly first impression in our energetic hotel environment.

Requirements include English proficiency, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and a courteous, proactive attitude. A second language and prior guest-service experience are a plus, with plenty of room to grow in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift or carry up to 50lbs.
• Be able to speak, read, write in English.
• Attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes all hotel guests
• Assists hotel guests with their luggage and belongings; delivery of parcels, packages, messages to guest rooms; “Room/check-in” guests following all EAST Miami standard
• Assist the front desk during times of high-volume
• Performs all duties of Door Attendants
• Provides guests with accurate directions to area attractions, daily hotel events, and complete off property runs for guests as requested
