• Ability to read a room and anticipate guest needs with a warm, genuine approach.
• Keen understanding of service choreography from welcome to good-bye.
• Commitment to Four Diamond service standards and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Guide guests through the menu with knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain the rhythm of service from order to table to final bite.
• Navigate POS systems with accuracy and confidence.
