Qualifications

• 1 year of financial service experience or 6 months of member-facing work may be considered.
• Ability to identify and refer products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Proven ability to meet goals and performance expectations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet existing and potential members and connect them with staff for assistance.
• Deliver exceptional member experience with a positive, professional attitude.
• Prepare members for interactions by determining eligibility and needed services.
• Answer incoming calls and address general questions about services.
• Process routine and complex member transactions in compliance with policies.
• Manage branch calendars and appointments for staff.
• Identify and offer products/services or refer to appropriate staff.
• Participate in outreach, events, and campaigns.
• Work with branch team to meet personal and branch goals.
• Monitor lobby and maintain access control to restricted areas.
• Support branch operations and perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to AML, BSA, OFAC, CTR, and data security procedures.
