Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.

• Successful completion of New Hire Training course and exam.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience by maintaining a positive and professional attitude while caring for members.
• Accurately process routine member account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, etc.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer; follow branch operations, policy and procedures and risk management requirements.
• Use strong communication skills to understand and clarify members’ financial needs, provide options.
• Identify and offer products and services to members and/or refer the member to an appropriate representative.
• Work with branch team members to achieve personal and branch performance goals.
• Participate in credit union campaigns, contests, member outreach efforts, community/business development events.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements including AML, BSA, OFAC, CTR, MISP.
