Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a warm and observant Lobby Ambassador to be the face of the guest experience. You will welcome guests, provide personalized assistance, and help guests navigate the lobby and public areas with genuine hospitality.

You will work closely with Guest Services, Concierge, and Security to ensure every guest feels seen, heard, and cared for, while upholding brand standards and safety protocols throughout high-traffic periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn Property Management Systems required.
• Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance and personalized attention.
• Serve as a visible presence in the lobby, ready to assist with directions or concerns.
• Monitor lobby activity to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with Guest Services and Concierge to ensure timely responses to guest requests.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and guest recognition programs.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby and public areas.
