Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando is seeking a friendly hospitality team member to serve Continental Breakfast and provide complimentary appetizers and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction. You'll share knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and shops and support hotel facilities to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with hotel software.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn Property Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Opera, HOTSOS, Alliant, Sertifi, Resy and Zomato is preferred.
• Food Handler's Card must be obtained.
• TIPS certification preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Serve Continental Breakfast and provide complimentary appetizers and beverages.
• Provide local area knowledge including restaurants, attractions, and shops.
• Coordinate with hotel facilities and outlets for guest needs and emergencies.
• Answer guest questions with prompt, professional follow-up information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
