Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Lobby Bar Server for Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. You will provide timely beverage and food service in bar, lounge, pool, beach, or restaurant areas, greet guests, present menus, and promote signature beverages.

The role requires strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings. Prior beverage or restaurant experience is preferred, and the property offers opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous beverage or restaurant service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests in the service area.
• Present beverage menus and explain cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic options.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Deliver beverages with proper glassware and presentation.
• Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and monitor guest consumption.
• Assist other outlets during high-volume periods.
