Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Bartender to deliver memorable hospitality and beverages to guests. You will prepare cocktails from approved recipes, master knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, greet guests, take orders, and manage POS transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately.
• Strong cash-handling and POS skills.
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and beverages according to approved recipes, specifications, portions, and presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages; promote offerings.
• Greet and serve bar guests professionally; take orders and service times.
• Enter transactions into the POS system and process payments.
• Follow beverage recipes and portion-control standards; manage inventories and supplies.
