Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and public spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

The role involves cleaning lobby areas, restrooms, pool, and fitness spaces; stocking supplies; assisting with laundry and guest amenities; coordinating with Front Desk; and supporting pool/spa upkeep under health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move supplies.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest service and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces.
• Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds.
• Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests.
• Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
