Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Lobby Attendant to maintain the hotel lobby and public spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and associates. You will also support laundry and delivery of guest amenities while coordinating with Front Desk on suite status changes.

The role requires prior housekeeping or hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the physical ability to lift/move supplies.

• Requires prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move supplies.
• Must be flexible for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash in guest and associate spaces.
• Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities (cribs, roll-away beds).
• Communicate suite status changes with Front Desk and respond to guest requests.
• Support pool and spa upkeep in line with health and safety regulations.
