• Service public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
• Service executive offices and locker rooms as assigned.
• Service lobby pre-function space and ensure entrances are neat.
• Keep lobby balconies neat and maintain neat main entrance.
• Ensure floral arrangements and plants are clean and presentable.
• Ensure water fountain and phone stations are tidy.
• Service guest and associate elevators and maintain safe environment.
• Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
• Report maintenance issues or concerns.
