Description

We are hiring a Hotel Lobby Attendant.

Housekeeping is ideal for individuals who enjoy cleaning, staying active, making guests happy through their work, and working independently. At Concord Hospitality, we foster a culture where everyone is valued and respected.

The Lobby Attendant maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and public spaces, following standard procedures in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure overall cleanliness of lobby areas: clean glass doors, registration desk, and vacuum floors.
2. Clean public restrooms: sink, toilet, mop floors, and replenish supplies.
3. Maintain pool area: replenish supplies, remove trash, clean glass doors, and check water and bromine levels in the spa.
4. Clean exercise room: mirrors, equipment, trash, floors, and glass doors.
5. Water flowers outside the hotel if applicable.
6. Clean guest laundry area: washer, dryer, tables, and floors.
7. Assist with laundry as needed.
8. Clean offices and front desk areas.
9. Clean associate break room: sink, toilet, floors, and replenish supplies.
10. Communicate suite status changes to the Front Desk.
11. Assist the Chief Engineer with guest complaints related to maintenance.
12. Deliver amenities like cribs and roll-away beds, recording deliveries in logs.
13. Know hotel emergency procedures.
14. Respond courteously to guest requests.
15. Answer questions about the hotel and local area.
16. Perform pool and spa maintenance according to standards and regulations.
