Description

We are hiring a Hotel Lobby Attendant.

Housekeeping is an ideal job for someone who enjoys cleaning, staying active, making customers happy, and working independently. At Concord Hospitality, we foster a culture where everyone is valued and respected.

The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the lobby and public spaces in a clean, safe, and orderly manner according to standard procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain the cleanliness of lobby areas: clean glass doors, registration desk, and vacuum floors.
2. Clean public restrooms: sinks, toilets, mop floors, and replenish supplies as needed.
3. Maintain pool area: replenish supplies, remove trash, clean glass doors, and check water and bromine levels in the spa.
4. Clean exercise room: mirrors, equipment, trash, floors, and glass doors.
5. Water flowers outside the hotel if applicable.
6. Clean guest laundry areas: washers, dryers, tables, and floors.
7. Assist with laundry as needed.
8. Clean offices and front desk areas.
9. Clean associate break room: sinks, toilets, floors, and replenish supplies.
10. Deliver cribs, roll-away beds, and related items to suites; record deliveries in the log book.
11. Know hotel emergency procedures.
12. Respond courteously to guest requests.
