The Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Dunwoody is hiring a Lobby Attendant. The Lobby Attendant's job primarily involves greeting guests, maintaining a clean and presentable lobby, and providing assistance to guests. They may also direct guests to different areas, answer questions, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing a warm and professional greeting to guests as they enter the lobby, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
  2. Ensuring the lobby is clean, organized, and visually appealing. This may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring that supplies are stocked.
  3. Answering guest questions, providing directions, and helping with luggage or other requests.
  4. Monitoring the lobby area for safety and security concerns, reporting any issues to management, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
  5. Assisting with the setup and maintenance of lobby areas for events, such as conferences or meetings, as needed.
  6. Providing friendly and helpful service to all guests, resolving any minor issues or complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  7. Additional responsibilities may include operating a front desk, answering phones, taking messages, or assisting with administrative duties, depending on the location.
Qualifications:
  • Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.
