Description

We are hiring a Hotel Lobby Attendant.

Housekeeping is an ideal job for someone who enjoys cleaning, staying active, making customers happy, and working independently. At Concord Hospitality, we value and respect everyone and foster a great company culture.

The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the lobby and public spaces in a clean, orderly, and safe manner following standard procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure overall cleanliness of lobby areas, including glass doors, registration desk, and vacuuming.
2. Clean public restrooms: sinks, toilets, mop floors, and replenish supplies.
3. Maintain the pool area: replenish supplies, remove trash, clean glass doors, and check water and bromine levels in the spa.
4. Clean exercise room: mirrors, equipment, trash, floors, and glass doors.
5. Water outdoor plants if applicable.
6. Clean guest laundry facilities: washers, dryers, tables, and floors.
7. Assist with laundry as needed.
8. Clean offices and the front desk area.
9. Maintain the associate break room: cleaning and replenishing supplies.
10. Clean associate bathrooms: sinks, toilets, floors, and supplies.
11. Communicate suite status changes to the front desk.
12. Assist maintenance staff with guest complaints related to maintenance issues.
13. Deliver amenities like cribs and roll-away beds, recording deliveries in the log book.
14. Know and follow hotel emergency procedures.
15. Respond courteously to guest requests.
16. Answer questions about the hotel and local area facilities and services.
17. Perform pool and spa maintenance according to standards and regulations.
