Job summary

DC Global Talent Inc. seeks an experienced Lobby and Bar Manager for a luxury, year-round mountain resort. You will lead day-to-day operations for two beverage-led outlets and drive an elevated guest experience through creative beverage programs and strong team leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of luxury hospitality management, deep F&B knowledge, and a proven ability to manage inventory, revenue, and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of management experience in an ultra-luxury hotel or resort, or a high-end bar or lounge.
• Strong food and beverage background, with deep knowledge of cocktail development and beverage programming.
• Solid understanding of outlet financials, inventory control and revenue generation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Confident communicator and hands-on leader.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at high altitude in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the lobby bar and lounge outlets, making sure service standards are met.
• Develop and run beverage programs, including cocktail menus, signature drinks and seasonal offerings.
• Keep offerings fresh by following industry trends, new products and techniques.
• Support beverage events and activations that add to the guest experience.
• Keep food and beverage quality consistent through recipe standards, quality control and hands-on leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop outlet teams through briefings, training and performance reviews.
• Drive revenue through pricing, menu engineering, upselling and cost control.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering and stock levels to reduce waste and protect margins.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service.
