Candidates should have hospitality or concierge background, strong communication, and comfort with technology (iPad check-in, building apps).

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality front-of-house or customer-facing roles.
Experience supporting events or hospitality programming is a plus.
Strong presence and professionalism with guests.
Comfortable with basic technology including iPad check-in and building apps.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Calm under pressure with steady guest interactions.

Responsibilities

Front-of-House & Guest Arrival Experience: oversee arrivals and lobby experience.
Oversee daily tracking of expected visitors and notify internal teams.
Act as a knowledgeable resource for customer questions and guidance.
Build relationships with tenants, guests, and partners through hospitality-driven service.
Partner with Property Management to upkeep the amenity space.
