Job summary

MileOne Autogroup’s Heritage Hyundai Towson in Towson, MD is seeking a Service Assistant to support a busy Hyundai service team. You will help manage loaner vehicles, organize the lot, scan documents, and assist service advisors and technicians.

This hands-on position offers training, a friendly team environment, and opportunities to grow within the company. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting dealership requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional communication and customer service.
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and basic office software.
• Able to work on your feet outdoors and move vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loaner vehicle checkouts and returns, complete paperwork, and explain vehicle-use guidelines to customers
• Inspect loaners before and after use, record mileage and fuel levels, and document vehicle condition
• Track loaner availability, follow up on returns, and coordinate cleaning, fueling, maintenance, and repairs
• Move and park vehicles safely to keep the lot organized and accessible
• Assist service advisors and technicians locate vehicles and manage keys
• Scan, label, and file repair orders and other dealership documents accurately
• Assist customers and support the service department with other tasks
