Bill Jacobs Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale is seeking a Loaner Coordinator to own the loaner program end-to-end, ensuring every vehicle is ready, documented, secure, and delivered with outstanding care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive service, rental fleet operations, or customer service is helpful.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Able to work outdoors and move between the service drive and vehicle lots.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth, professional loaner experience for every customer.
• Check customers in/out and complete accurate loaner agreements.
• Keep the loaner fleet organized, fueled, clean, and ready to go.
• Track vehicles using RecovR and monitor mileage, location, and return timing.
• Inspect returned vehicles for fuel, mileage, and condition.
• Coordinate internal repair orders for returned loaners and used vehicles.
• Support the service team by keeping communication and documentation tight and timely.
• Keep logs, reports, and records updated with accuracy and care.
