Colorado Credit Union in Littleton, CO is seeking a Loan Processor to handle processing and closing of home equity and consumer loans and advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods.

You will support Financial Service Specialists across branches, ensure accurate documentation, prepare loan packages, and help achieve funded loan goals while maintaining compliance with lending laws and credit union policies.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Minimum of two years lending and residential mortgage loan origination background preferred.
• Extensive financial institution background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all member home equity, consumer loans, and new account applications with correspondence from Financial Service Specialists.
• Provide accurate, courteous, timely, and professional service to all members.
• Prepare loan documents for approved loans and ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Fund indirect vehicle loans and index final loan packets, flag discrepancies in titles or surveys.
• Coordinate with Loan Support to improve processes and meet credit union goals.
• Participate in business development and community relations activities.
• Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and credit union policies.
