Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, handling loan applications, processing payments, and maintaining compliant records.

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems with accurate records.
• Balance cash, perform bank runs, and deliver deposits as required.
• Follow policies and complete training to meet sales, collections, and account-management goals.
