Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales, take applications, explain terms and ask for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and arrange payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments, updates, tax documentation, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required training.
