Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales and close loans by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments or payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, updates, and tax-related documentation in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and complete required letters and tax documentation.
• Handle cash and bank deposits.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; complete training and meet performance expectations.
