World Finance in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers with financial needs. You will perform daily outbound calls, meet with customers in person, and close loans in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional products.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document all activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records, including credit denial letters and required tax documentation.
