World Finance Company of Georgia, LLC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and related services at our Buford, GA branch. This role requires daily outbound calls, in-person customer meetings, and a focus on meeting performance goals.

You will balance cash, file documents, and maintain compliant records while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, payments, and questions.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
• Perform bank runs and cash handling.
• Attend training and meet performance expectations.
