Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Familiarity with banking regulations (Reg. B, Reg. CC, Reg. O, Reg. Z) and HMDA/CRA/RESPA.

Responsibilities

• Reviews loans for compliance with bank policy and regulations.
• Authorizes and funds disbursements via ACH, wire, or checks.
• Coordinates with outside attorneys to fund loans.
• Ensures appropriate CIP is obtained prior to funding.
• Mentors Documentation Analysts and supports training.
