Qualifications

• Must have three to four years related experience and/or training.
• Prefer to have prior financial industry experience in loan department.
• Proficient understanding of loan process and loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process moderately complex loan documents.
• Input loan details into the bank’s core system accurately.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries.

Skills

Excellent Customer Service skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)

Education

High school diploma

3-4 years related experience in loan department
