Job summary

Foothills Bank is seeking a Loan Servicer/Assistant to join its Lending department in Colorado. You will help board loans, track collateral, manage lien perfection, and support imaging and file creation for new loans and term changes.

You will assist Consumer Lending staff with documentation review and loan servicing tasks, while upholding bank policies and core values. Salary range is $21.00 to $22.50 per hour, with compensation determined by location, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan products and services is required.
• Understanding of loan processing functions and related procedures.
• Minimum six months of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Board loans onto the core system with accuracy.
• Track collateral and lien perfection for new loans or changes.
• Ensure timely imaging, documentation review, and file creation.
• Provide backroom support for all lending functions and customer service tasks.
• Adhere to applicable laws and internal policies.
