Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, goal-oriented team.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Able to pass background, credit, and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible for insurance licensing per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Originates new loan business with customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Completes loan applications and follows up with applicants.
• Explains loan process and answers questions about loan products and processing.
• Closes loans, assembles loan folders, and manages files.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals.
• Serves daily servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Resolves customer issues using analytical skills.
• Processes insurance claims and payments; maintains log.
• Provides excellent customer care through transactions and inquiries.
• Answers incoming calls and manages voicemail.
• Upholds company policies and compliance.
