Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in a goal-oriented, incentive-based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing after background check.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluate needs to propose the best consumer loan and optional products.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers and follow up with applicants.
• Explain the loan process and answer questions about loan products and processing.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with management on potential problem loans.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and manage files.
• Aim to meet or exceed loan goals.
• Serve a growing, complex consumer loan portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
• Adhere to policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
