Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates/bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience preferred.
• Cash handling, computer skills, customer service.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone; receive and process credit and employment verifications.
• Process payments and distributions; make recommendations on loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle collection-related account activity including calls and in-person contacts.
• Prepare reports and documentation; maintain branch records and cash drawer.
