Job summary

Wallace Finance is seeking a friendly and outgoing Loan Specialist who can provide outstanding customer service and sales experiences. This full‑time role is part of Wallace Management Company's network of small loan companies with over 125 branches in 7 states, and Wallace has been in the consumer loan business since 1980.

You will review and approve consumer installment loans, assist Branch Team Members with loan approval issues, maintain positive customer relationships, and keep customers

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving consumer installment loans
• Assisting Branch Team Members with loan approval issues as needed
• Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with customers regarding their loan status
• Providing quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments

The Loan Specialist Role Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and approving consumer installment loans
