OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers obtain friendly, fast, and affordable financing. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan options, and support customers through the process at our on-site locations across the United States.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and experience in sales, collections, or customer service; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and results toward branch goals.
• Develop connections and engage customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, with compliance.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
