OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast financing for life’s expenses across our local branches. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan options, and guide clients through the application and funding process.

In this role you’ll multitask, deliver empathetic service, maintain compliance, and collaborate with teams to meet branch goals. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask to deliver timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections and compliance.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
