Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement towards achieving branch goals.
• Develop connections and keep customers engaged through loan lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with an internal drive to succeed and aim for objectives.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and clearly explain loan terms and options.
