Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan products, delivering explanations of terms and options.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems—to provide timely service.
• Drive progress toward individual and branch goals while delivering exceptional customer experience.
