• Maintain a sales-oriented approach to lending solutions for members.
• Explain consumer loan terms and verify disclosures and paperwork.
• Originate loan applications via phone and internet; route to underwriting.
• Offer ancillary products and meet sales metrics.
• Conduct outbound calls to drive loan opportunities.
• Read credit reports and understand underwriting guidelines.
• Meet KPIs and collaborate with lending partners to close loans.
• Develop knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Maintain security over member information and transactions.
