Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Eligible for NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act.
• Annual Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Identity Theft training.

Responsibilities

• Originates/completes mortgage loan applications and gathers necessary documents.
• Consults with applicants on mortgage financing products and programs.
• Coordinates with CUMA mortgage processors and communicates progress to applicants.
• Ensures loan closings and compliance with guidelines.
• Cross-sell other credit union products to members.
• Builds relationships with members, realtors, and local business contacts for referrals.
