Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and guidance to meet branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and our systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
