Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit & financial information for customers.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Meet or exceed branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Learn applicable federal, state, and local consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments; handle daily deposits as required.
