Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Consumer Lending/Financial Services
• 2+ years supervisory experience or related training program
• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent; substitution allowed
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial programs
• Ability to meet duties timely and accurately
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products
• Must work at the assigned branch location

Responsibilities

• Review and approve lending applications with product knowledge
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, lending and collections
• Coach branch staff to meet goals and reduce turnover
• Prepare reports on branch activity and growth
• Develop business by networking with local establishments
• Implement branch auditing procedures to control records
• Handle policy exceptions with management approval
• Monitor monthly expenses per annual plan
• Respond to customer and employee inquiries and complaints
• Participate in meetings and professional development
• Perform additional duties as needed
