You will multitask across channels, educate customers on loan options, and manage the loan lifecycle from application to payoff, including collections when needed. This on-site role offers training and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
