Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access affordable financing with empathy and efficiency. You'll work on-site in North Carolina, striving to exceed branch goals while delivering superior service.

You will develop connections with customers through the loan lifecycle, educate them on loan terms and optional products, and support compliance across channels including phone, email, and in-house systems. Strong communication and a drive to achieve are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and delivering results.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers through channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products to ensure understanding.
