OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access financing with empathy and efficiency. You will engage clients across channels, present tailored loan solutions, and manage the loan lifecycle from application to close while staying compliant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: sales, collections or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations to meet individual and branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers and present tailored loan solutions throughout the life cycle.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while staying compliant with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and maintain goal orientation.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan options.
