Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands with timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers through the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan options and optional insurance products to ensure understanding of terms.
