Qualifications

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• On-site role with standard business hours, may include some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and guide customers through the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
