OneMain Financial Group is hiring Loan Sales Specialists to listen to customers’ needs and provide access to financing for life’s expenses. The role offers competitive base pay with incentives and advancement opportunities.

Location is on site in Minnesota, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional extended hours. Target base salary range is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus additional compensation based on performance.

Formación

• Experience in sales, collections or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer interaction and problem solving.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to customer needs and provide financing options.
• Build relationships through proactive follow up during the loan process.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
