Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with drive to succeed and goal orientation.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms, and options.
